Orezs has no fixed calendar posted in public. Gatherings are announced directly to members, usually a few weeks out, with the room and date to follow. Below are the recurring formats members can expect throughout the year.
Seasonal Table
A multi-course dinner built entirely around what's in season, hosted in a different room each time.
QUARTERLY
Wine Society Tasting
A guided pour through a single producer or region, paired with a short menu.
MONTHLY
Chef's Table
A small counter seating where the person cooking is the person talking to you.
ROLLING
Members' Long Table
Family-style, mixed seating — the format built specifically for meeting other members.
BIMONTHLY
